Rohit describes himself as someone with blinders - always focused on the end goal. Friends and family say that he is a non-stop nuisance, a hard core foodie and a true Bollywood fan at heart :)

Unknown to many, Rohit has been teaching since he was in Class 9 and covers the broad spectrum of Class 3 to CAT & GMAT preparation (Quantitative Aptitude & LRDI). He is a strong believer in the role of teachers in shaping the lives of the students and that it goes much beyond just lectures. Real education alone can change the face of the world!

Mastered in finance, Rohit tasted other sides of business during his stint at Zoomcar (as Director of Operations and Country Head of Marketplace) and Ola (New Business Initiatives). He has more than 10 years of experience and is a graduate from SRCC (University of Delhi) and did his MBA from SiBM, Pune

Udit describes himself as a risk taker when it comes to professional opportunities. Back home, he takes the back seat as the proud father of two lovely children.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of professional experience in different industries. His biggest risk was his decision to quit a well settled, no risk job of Ernst & Young and moving to a startup in the mobility sector. Before co-founding DUX, he was working with MFine, a health tech startup as head of finance and legal.

Udit has been passionate about the education space for long, watching it from the fences. He also tried his hands at coaching CA aspirants briefly. A lot of his students are successful CAs now

He believes that education is the solution for all the problems in this world and is committed to take DUX to every part of the Country and beyond.

Manika has always been driven by creating a social impact in the world - education has been on top of her mind for long. Other than this, she is an avid researcher when it comes to the world of fashion, travel and hospitality

Manika is an MBA from SiBM Pune with over six years of experience across consulting (McKinsey and Accenture Consulting) and Business Finance (PhonePe). She has been seeing the action from the lens of the controller and is now ready to move to execution.

Manika was an active teacher during and post her engineering days primarily focusing on Verbal Ability. She believes that education comes not just from classes but beyond. At DUX, she has been instrumental in charting this story out
